Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy• Process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information• Coach and support other pharmacy technicians and cashiers• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers• Maintain work flow and handle pharmacy-related duties• Handle cash register, collect cash, and assist customers• Handle non-personal attention phone calls• Assist with inventory management and other clerical duties• Assist with clinical services and outreach to health providers• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Pharmacy Department• Comply with company policies and procedures, complete assigned tasks
Requirements
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred• Good math and computer skills• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred• PTCB certification preferred
