Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions• Coach pharmacy technicians in the operation of pharmacy systems• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance• Resolve customer issues and answer questions• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers• Maintain work flow• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Handle cash register and assist in locating products
Requirements
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens• Good math and computer skills• Knowledge of store inventory control• PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
