Department Name: H5000: CHANDLER - RETAIL PHARMACY
Job Summary: Answer patient phone calls regarding pharmacy requests including but not limited to infusion visits, prior authorization status and other needs. Document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record ( EHR ). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address requests and concerns within scope.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: Strong customer service skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, team player, able to multitask, attention to detail, computer skills, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position Time Status: Full-Time
Required Education: HS
Required Related Experience: 2 yrs
Required License/Registration/Certification : None
Preferred Education/Experience: Customer Service skills; Call center experience preferred; Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, nationally certified Pharmacy Technician.
