Responsibilities
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions• Supervise pharmacy technicians and pharmacy cashiers within company guidelines• Selection, scheduling, and development of pharmacy technician personnel• Resolve customer complaints and respond to customer requests in a timely manner• Assist with healthcare service offerings, including administering vaccines and health screenings• Delegate and assign non-clinical work in the pharmacy• Prepare and file reports and records required by the company and government agencies• Manage core pharmacy workflow and coordinate daily schedule• Ensure compliance with pharmacy inventory management tasks• Complete non-clinical patient calls and maintain pharmacy equipment
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
