We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager - Sterile Products Operations to:
Advance UW Health's pharmacy practice model and define the roles/practice standards of pharmacists, technicians, residents, and students. Manage IV cleanroom operations, sterile compounding training, education, operations, and compliance. Responsible for USP 797 and 800 standard pertaining to IV preparation technology with Board Certification in Sterile Compounding preferred. Collaborate with medical leadership in perioperative services by analyzing quality and financial data in order to maximize safe, cost-effective, evidence-based, rationale medication use in the operating room. Minimum - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
Preferred -
Pharm D degree Master's degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business or other relevant subject area Work Experience :
Minimum - Completion of an ASHP PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Minimum - Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin or must obtain within 90 days of hire date
Preferred - Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.).
