Responsibilities
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.• Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers.• Assist with OTC products and take customers to the aisle when possible.• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status.• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.• Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
Requirements
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
