We are actively seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager for a Closed-Door Long-Term Care (LTC)
Pharmacy. Excellent opportunity for those looking for a change of pace from the retail or
hospital setting. We are looking for someone who has a phenomenal work ethic to lead and
provide outstanding service to ensure the appropriate medication reaches the patient both
efficiently and safely in long term care facilities. Compensation will be based on experience.
Qualifications: *Minimum 2 years Pharmacist experience
*Long-Term Pharmacy experience preferred (not required)
*Detail oriented, goal oriented, and solution minded leader
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent leadership skills
*NV State Board of Pharmacy License (active and in good standing)
Responsibilities: *Lead and motivate a pharmacy team
*Oversee day to day pharmacy operations and delivery operations
*Implement policies and procedures for all pharmacy roles and personnel
Obtain, as necessary, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with
federal and state regulatory agencies
*Collaborates with LTC facilities and agencies to provide clinical and technical support as
needed
*Facility account management and support
*Check for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling
*Ensure that the pharmacy team follows policies and procedures pertaining to filling,
dispensing and delivery of medications
*Manage audits from PBMs and other regulatory agencies
Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
