Location and hours:
This position is located at 2220 Plymouth Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55411. Work hours will be an average of 20 hours a week between Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and one Saturday shift, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. a month.

At this time, once an employee reaches the maximum of the salary range, they may be eligible to receive an additional cash merit of up to $796.26 that can be earned annually based on performance. Note: You must attach a resume as part of your application materials to be considered for this position. In this position, you will: Develop technical knowledge of the products/services provided by NorthPoint Health Center pharmacy and be able to provide information to others upon request. Perform pharmaceutical services related to the preparation and dispensing of drugs and other pharmaceutical supplies. Counsel patients on appropriate use of medications and demonstrate use of diabetic testing supplies, injectable medications, and different types of inhaler devices. Research and provide drug information to patients and health care professionals upon request. Assist with activities related to the management of drug and vaccine inventory. Need to have: A Doctoral degree in pharmacy or an equivalent pharmacy degree as determined by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy for licensure. Possession of a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Nice to have: Experience: Three years or more of experience in a clinic pharmacy setting. Working with Epic EHR and Epic Willow Ambulatory. Consulting with care providers in multidisciplinary setting. Providing patient care in a multi-cultural environment. With management of drug and vaccine inventory. Completed training or certifications in pharmacotherapy, pathophysiology, assessment, and/or drug therapy treatment protocols. Ability to: Communicate orally and in writing with peers and superiors. Utilize evidence-based decision-making. Participate in clinical projects and mentor pharmacy students. About the department:
