Responsibilities
• Execute strategy and motivate staff as pharmacist-on-duty• Maximize contribution and support team• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients• Inspire and empower team to do the right thing• Manage team performance and make sound business decisions• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives• Maintain a flexible work schedule• Assist in all other duties as assigned
Requirements
• At least 18 years of age• Graduate of a school of pharmacy• Unrestricted state pharmacist license• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs• No unacceptable result on company-sponsored drug test in the last three years• Effective communication and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
