Job summary
River Cities Builders Petroleum Services is seeking a Service Technician with a wide variety of skills.The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and other equipment.This role requires familiarity with computer operations and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and other equipment.• Follow applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulations.• Observe, analyze, and determine action for service and repair of equipment.• Perform necessary repairs to analyze situations in a professional and productive manner.• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment.• Perform factory authorized modifications per specifications.• Maintain tools required for job effectively and safely.• Follow customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer sites.• Resolve warranty calls on dispensers and tank monitors.• Perform service calls on an after-hours basis.• Perform break fix and preventative maintenance on service station electronics, computers, and fuel dispensing systems.• Provide quality customer service by completing assigned duties in a cost-effective manner.• Perform prerequisite work necessary to obtain and maintain certifications from original equipment manufacturers.
Requirements
• Valid Driver License• HS Diploma or GED• Familiarity with computer operations and aptitude for learning computer skills.• Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification preferred.• Eligibility to work in the United States.• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing 8-10 hours per day.• Ability to meet company's employment requirements, including passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company.
