We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of both residential and commercial properties to identify and eliminate pests, as well as preventing further infestations. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of pests and their behaviors, as well as knowledge of the most effective and safe pest control techniques.
Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial properties for pests. Identify the type of pest and determine the most effective method of elimination. Implement pest control measures, including the use of chemicals, traps, or baits. Educate property owners and residents on pest prevention measures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of pest control measures taken on each property. Communicate effectively with other members of the Superior Contracting & Maintenance team. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience as a pest control technician. Strong knowledge of pests and their behaviors. Ability to identify pest problems and determine the most effective methods of elimination. Familiarity with pest control chemicals, traps, and baits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
