Personal Lines Account ManagerLocation: Grand Rapids, MIFull-time hourly position

Responsibilities
• Assist and educate clients on insurance coverages and/or exclusions• Answer inbound calls through a phone queue• Process policy changes/premium payments• Handle Underwriting requests• Review and process policy renewals and remarkets• Review non-renewals and/or cancellations• Work closely with Producers and Sales team• Provide company services to Personal Lines clients
Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent• Active or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License• Superior customer service skills• Well-organized and self-motivated• Works well in a high volume, fast-paced environment• AMS360 knowledge is a plus
