Job Description Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
A local agency is actively seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager . The individual should be self-motivated, organized, and have great communication skills. This agency has an excellent compensation and benefits package.
Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities: Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, and issue certificates Create summaries of insurance (renewals) Mail renewal letters and update renewal information Ability to quote with multiple carriers Prospecting new customers Servicing and cross-selling current book of business Primarily representative would work with personal lines to start but could move into commercial lines as desired. Personal Lines Account Manager Job Requirements: 2+ years of Insurance agency experience. Property & Casualty Insurance License required Excellent at customer service Confident self-starter who works well independently Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude Sales experience is a plus Bilingual candidate preferred
