Responsibilities
• Build relationships with local community chambers, JA schools, and other community influencers.• Manage member relationships through ongoing outreach activities and effective use of CRM.• Participate in leadership and facilitation of team meetings and trainings.• Act as an expert peer-coach to support the development of tellers / member services representatives.• Make appropriate recommendations and decisions for lending, deposit, and service charge requests.• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, or by email.• Follow up with prospects and ask for their business.• Participate in branch promotions and lead branch operational tasks.• Support training efforts of MSR's and Teller's within the branch.• Complete basic transactional needs and maintain member account information.
Requirements
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills.• Hold / Obtain Notary license and understand the process of notary, medallion stamps, and signature guarantee services.• Hold / Obtain NMLS training and maintain ongoing knowledge of mortgage process and products.• Obtain CUNA's Financial Counseling certification (FiCEP).• Have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Must be able to effectively read, write, listen, and communicate.• May be required to handle, move, and carry large boxes of supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.• May require stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, sitting, and standing for long periods of time.
