Responsibilities
• Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge of current bank products and services• Open new accounts per customer requirements• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures• Expand and retain new and existing customer relationships• Assess customers banking needs and provide guidance and appropriate products• Build a thorough profile for each customer and maintain frequent contact• Proactively identify and retain 'at risk' customers• Identify sales opportunities and provide excellent customer experience• Build a book of business through advertising leads, personal contacts, and referrals• Meet personal SMART goals• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally• Open safe deposit boxes• Attend periodic retail meetings and offer creative ideas• Research accounts for customers• Log referrals and customer feedback• Back up and/or assist Lead Teller/Branch Operations Manager• Effectively train less experienced employees• Coordinate with Retail Operations Manager to update retail intranet page• Complete annual training• Participate in bank/community activities• Other duties as assigned
