Perm - Nutritional Services Manager

Requirements:  Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license. (Much achieve registration within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date.) Must obtain a food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health department before hire (or within one week of hire). Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility - Preferred. Knowledge for use of different formula's when assessing patient's nutritional needs; Completion of general and patient care orientation is prior to providing patient care.
