The team manages digital campaigns and media mixin collaboration with our Finance, Analytics,MarTech, Legal, Creative,Integrated Marketing, Commercial, Product, andMedia Agency partners.WhatYou'llDoAs aPayPal Paid MediaMarketingAssociateon the Xoombrand,you will:Effectivelyidentify, manage, execute, and report onnew areas of growth across thepaid media marketingfunnel, includingpartneringwithmerchants, affiliates, or other third partiesthatunlocksnew areas of growthOwn paid media marketing day-to-day results with an ROI focused approach across various digital channelsManage paid media agency day-to-day operations in support of top priority Marketing initiativesIdentifynew ways to drive simplicity andeffectivenessin day-to-day operations across the entire Marketing operation within an agile working modelCollaborate with creative teams and agencies to ensure top quality and on-time creative delivery, execution, and iterative testing cadenceLeverage a data-driven approach to analyze and drive campaign optimizationsalongside Analytics, Business Intelligence, andMarTechteamsSupportCommercial leads inbusiness casing andexecuting high growth strategiesand strategically incorporating Product innovationsPartner with Privacy, Risk, and Legal to sourceandevaluateexternalopportunities and bring them into the Xoom portfolioDrive product enhancement such as landing page optimizations and streamline user-experience flows thatultimately leadto higher conversion ratesChampion and challenge changes to operational efficiencies and work cross-functionally with teams to streamline or build various internal workflowsAbout You5-7+years of experience scaling and managingPaid Search, Paid Social,and other Digital Marketing channelsFamiliarity with managingandscalinglinear TV, OOH, and other traditional paidmediaprogramsExperience managing working on ormanaginga paid media agency teamOperate autonomously to delivery results and self-starter who naturally becomes a resourceful addition to the teamNaturally curiousand dive-head-firstlearner, able to navigate the discomfort of learning new channels and technologies by relying on frameworksand simplicityA highly effective project manager who can balance prioritizingnumeroustasks and stakeholdersat onceExperience working cross-functionally withLegal, Risk, Compliance,MarTech, Analytics, Creative, andProductteamswith excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skillsStrongly resonateand aim to manifestour company-wide leadership principlesin all work and interactions: Work CustomerBack, Win Together, and Put People FirstHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint,and ad platformsFamiliar with SQL,Tableauand other Business Insight toolsPreferred:knowledgeableabout the international remittance space and how to effectivelymarket and communicate tointernationally-mindedconsumers.
