In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Growth and Performance Marketing team, collaborating closely with various departments to provide strategic insights and competitive analysis across Performance Marketing channels. We're on the lookout for a seasoned data-driven professional to join our ranks, where you'll delve into data, analyze it, and present compelling insights and recommendations to drive our business goals forward.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to executive leadership and business teams.
Proactively developing insights with clear recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Building and maintaining regular reports and dashboards, performing complex analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
Defining metrics, building dashboards, and understanding audience cohorts and user behavior through end-to-end funnel analysis.
Collaborating cross-functionally to identify the best paid media opportunities to drive business objectives.
Monitoring the overall health of paid media campaigns and understanding root causes of changes in metrics.

Qualifications:
5+ years of performance and digital marketing experience at a globally recognized brand or agency with a focus on analytics.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and web analytics tools.
Preferred proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
Familiarity with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression).
