Responsibilities
• Acting as the focal point for communication and coordinating effective interaction among team members• Overseeing the execution of project scope, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations• Supervising, monitoring, and communicating project costs and revenue to stakeholders• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring job progress, offering timely communication• Specifying, strategizing, and scheduling necessary resources for successful execution• Evaluating, pinpointing, and communicating project risks, establishing risk mitigation plans• Exhibiting respect for colleagues and a commitment to serving internal and external customers
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Performance Contracting, General Construction, or Owner Direct Construction• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and interpreting architectural plans• Experience in Microsoft Suite of programs• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative skills
