Description Overview: As a People Partner at Wallbox, you will perform various HR duties to support the organization's People objectives and contribute to the company's overall success. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication, investigation, and resolution strategies. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers. Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training arrangements. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and recruitment strategies. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR systems accordingly. As needed, assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Compliance and Policy Development: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect current best practices and legal requirements. Support compliance audits and investigations as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office suite, and other HR-related software.
