Job summary
The People Coordinator provides administrative support to the People department.Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring compliance.Must have 1 year of experience in a HR administrative role and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update Member records• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality• Support Talent Acquisition and coordinate interviews• Prepare new hire paperwork and support onboarding• Assist Members with benefit inquiries• Process and track Member enrollment and changes in benefit programs• Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding• Update records, retrieve company property, and facilitate asset return• Maintain HR files and databases• Generate HR reports as requested
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1 year of experience in HR administrative role• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR policies• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
