Role : Pega Developer/Lead
Location - New Jersey
Technical Skills:
Ø Ensure minimum 8 years of legitimate Pega experience on live / client projects.
Ø CLSA Certified with Pega PRPC7.x, 8.x
Ø Fast learner, good at research, troubleshooting and analysis.
Ø Ability to lead team with precise plan and work breakdown. Effective communication, ownership to deliver within timelines.
Ø Good understanding of Pega ecosystem, node configuration, app-server configurations and split-schema and key tables.
Ø Handson upgrade experience with 7.x application to next versions .
Ø Comprehensive understanding of release management, ruleset management, User Interface, and integration impact of Pega upgrade .
Ø Understanding of elastic search, indexing, Hazelcast cache, Apache kafka and background processes
Ø Good at collaboration and clear communications with onsite, offshore teams, perform reviews of the code, design, plan, and architecture.
Ø Meticulous at creating and following processes and technical documentations
Ø Experience with Pega skimming, rebuilding indexes, identifying performance issues, and troubleshooting code or configuration issues.
Process Skills:
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Adoption to Agile execution methodologies, review of test plans, support UAT
Behavioral Skills :
• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification:
Get Pega certification email and verify if certified on or before 2016
