Pediatric Or Children'S Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a premier Children's office hire a pediatric dentist or a general dentist who loves treating kids. This is a very reputable office averaging 4.8 stars out of hundreds of online reviews.
Their current associate is leaving on great terms. She's moving out of state for family reasons. She has built an amazing patient base and wants to make sure they are left in great hands.
The office is a mix of FFS, PPOs and Medicaid. They have a modern office with paperless charting and digital x-rays. They also have an excellent team of assistants. They can also offer excellent mentoring and or collaboration with the other dentists.
A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 350K per year, a general dentist can expect to earn between 200K and 250K per year. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, 401K, and continuing education.
There is also a path to ownership if desired or a long term incentive bonus of a 100K if not interested in ownership.

Job Requirements:
Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
Pediatric residency
Level I & II sedation license
State Dental Board License
