Responsibilities
• Provide family-centered and evidence-based care to pediatric patients• Serve patients in multiple settings including inpatient pediatric unit, newborn nursery, and emergency department• Provide delivery coverage for high-risk deliveries• Lead inpatient pediatric and newborn teaching for the Bayhealth Family Medicine Residency program and medical students• Contribute to collaborative efforts to improve quality and safety for pediatric and newborn patients• Serve leadership roles at main and satellite campuses
Requirements
• Must be BC/BE in Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM)• Must be BC/BE in General Pediatrics
