Pediatric Dentist/Children"S Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting company helping two premier pediatric offices that are seeking a pediatric dentist or a general dentist to see kids. One of their current dentist is cutting back days and there is a large demand.
A full time pediatric dentist could earn 300K-400K per year and a general dentist 225K-275K per year. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K with a match and continuing education.
These are very successful offices that has built a stellar reputation for providing excellent patient care. They are located just 20 minutes apart. They have an excellent staff and most have been with them for a long time. They are a private group of pediatric dentists and orthodontists, therefore there is an excellent opportunity to learn ortho if interested.
The area of The Dalles and Hood River are known for many great outdoor activities such as windsurfing and all types of water sports on the Columbia River, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing and hunting. The Pacific Trail goes through there. They also have excellent schools and a wonderful community to live in.
The office is busy enough for a full time and productive schedule however they will consider part time as well.

Job Responsibilities:
Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans
Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have
Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.
Job Requirements:
Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
State Dental Board License
DEA, CPR certificates
