Shift: Standard Office Hours
Location: 51 Discovery, Irvine, CA 92618
Pay Rate: $28.57/hr. on W2.
Contract Length: 8 months
*Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*

Job Description Primary duty is to Assist Program Demand Specialist (PDS) team with data entry.

Responsibilities Updating sales order data (ship dates, pricing, parts, etc)
Verifying data is correct for all shipsets using Excel and other reports.
Running reports to support PDS team
Master data maintenance (customer codes, ship to addresses, etc)

Skills: Intermediate to Advanced user with Excel.
Microsoft Office programs/Outlook.
SAP experience.
nalytical skills/attention to detail.
SAP/Excel/Pivot tables/vlookup/features and functions.
