Responsibilities
• Assume responsibility for the finished product• Guide, teach, and direct co-workers• Know packing materials and procedures• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products• Keep work area clean and organized• Operate Fork Lift• Fill Silos, maintain levels, maintenance, and unload railcars• Fill boxes from box loader• Run Starlinger and Pumping equipment• Load and unload trailers• Track lot and PO numbers• Promote and implement Core Values daily• Perform continuous efforts to improve product quality• Be flexible and willing to work on special projects• Communicate well with team members• Basic computer skills• Material Handling skills• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
