About this opportunity: Answers and completes hospital calls and performs other related duties.
Requirements: Three months to one year of hospital PBX or other business PBX experience or telephone company preferred. High school graduate of equivalent. Basic knowledge of PBX operations. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to learn and operate the Nortel 2250 PBX Console. Basic knowledge of PBX operations. Must read write speak and communicate proficiently. Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
