Payroll Specialist Experience: Entry-Level
Location: Orem, Utah
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $16-20/hour depending on experience
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about payroll and deadlines. We want somebody who is detail-oriented and excited to learn and grow.
Essential Duties: Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls within designated time frame Ensure all appropriate payroll processes are completed and accurate prior to payroll submission and finalization Effectively audit PTO for company employees by working with the Field HR leaders to ensure accrual balances are accurate Process HSA and 401k payments Process commission payroll for our sales organization Other Duties & Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with field leaders to resolve payroll concerns or issues Assist Payroll Manager in understanding overall payroll impact for employees Adhere to strong work ethic and commitment Minimum Qualifications: Payroll experience preferred, but not required Experience and ability to meet daily and weekly metrics Experience in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred, but not required Blue Raven Solar: Come join one of the Best Places to Work in 2021!
