Responsibilities
• Timely and accurate processing of multi-company, multi-state, and multiple pay cycle payrolls• Processing special payrolls for executives, managers, and supervisors• Maintaining controls and audits for compliance with wage and hour laws• Preparing payroll tax, liens, garnishments, and other reconciliations• Staying informed about pay practices, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations• Making recommendations for process and system improvements• Maintaining documentation and providing backup support to team members
Requirements
• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred• 2 years of experience in payroll or related payroll/human resource experience preferred• Experience with Kronos and Workday is a plus
