Summary/Objective Reporting to CFO Ortho Partners, the Payroll Manager is responsible for managing payroll and business tasks specifically assigned to them.
Responsibilities & Duties Gather and review timekeeping records and consult dental office managers about discrepancies Review payroll data before final office payroll is run for dental offices Help with basic bookkeeping tasks and gathering financial data from clients Manage workflow given by management and ensure that deadlines are met Gathering new employee forms and setting up payroll systems for dental offices Tracking employee benefits and field questions and calls from employees Help gather data from dental offices and following accounting procedures This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of essential functions or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Education & Experience High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of payroll/booking experience required ADP Run experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, task management, and organization skills Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval.

Compensation
Minimum: $60,000 - Maximum: $80,000
