Our client, a leading insurer headquartered in Indianapolis, is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Payroll & Benefits Manager. This role isn't just about managing payroll; it's about owning the process, implementing innovative policies, and enjoying the autonomy to make impactful decisions.
Preferred Platform: Payroll platform experience is preferred, desire tech-savvy individuals
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Work Hours: 8am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday (Flexibility available)
Work Environment: Corporate casual attire, with fantastic amenities including FREE gym access
Reporting Structure: Reports to CFO (No direct reports)
