Kelly has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and skilled Payroll Manager to join a leading Healthcare organization in Bradenton, FL . This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $90,000 - $110,000based on experience with an excellent benefits package. In this critical role you will manage all aspects of payroll processing within a large organization with top-level attention to detail, a focus on analytics, and expertise in payroll software.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Manage company payroll processing including data entry, wage calculation, and payment distribution
• Oversee compliance with federal / state / local payroll regulations including tax laws and reporting
• Supervise payroll reconciliation and audits for accuracy and integrity of payroll records
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll related issues and discrepancies
• Stay current on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organization
• Manage and develop payroll staff with a focus on a positive and productive work environment
• Develop highly functioning payroll policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Create payroll reports and analyze data to support financial planning and decision making
• Supports company goals and mission with a focus on fiscal safety
Skills and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / related field of study highly preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered
• 5 + years of professional experience in a Payroll Manager roll highly preferred
• Deep knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Expertise in payroll software and Microsoft Excel required
• CPP (certified payroll professional) preferred but not required
