Payroll HR Administrative AssistantEnsure payroll and accounting functions are taken care ofMaintain accurate employee files and process timesheets

Responsibilities
• Process payroll timesheets accurately and timely• Maintain accurate employee files and ensure proper entry of employee hours• Process authorized invoices and pay vendors on time• Ensure availability of employee sick/vacation time• Review timecards for compliance• Ensure compliance in new hire and additional paperwork• Follow up and complete onboarding process for new hires• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED preferred• Some training/education in the field• Dealership experience preferred• Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Able to handle confidential information appropriately• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy• Highly professional and dependable
Key Skills Needed
• Detail-oriented• Good with numbers• Proficient in business/accounting software• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
