Role : Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities: Weekly payroll processing Responsible for payroll taxes, unemployment claims, garnishments and working with state and federal agencies regarding payroll tax processing Complete monthly payroll audits to validate data Work in collaboration with third-party benefit administrators to set up and administer benefit deductions in payroll system Prepare standard and complex reports using the systems as needed Assist in performing internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR and Payroll data Reconciliations of the general ledger for all Payroll related accounts Requirements: 3-5 years of payroll experience Accounting Degree System: ViewPoint Vista & Excel Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
