Key Responsibilities:
•Process payroll for employees accurately and efficiently.
•Handle Certified payroll requirements in compliance with federal and state regulations.
•Manage payroll deductions, including garnishments and benefits.
•Coordinate with union representatives regarding payroll matters.
•Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
•Utilize digital timekeeping systems for accurate recording of employee hours.
•Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
•Collaborate with HR and accounting departments as needed.
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse workforce.
Requirements:
•Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator in the construction industry is a must.
•Proficiency in Sage 300-Timberline is required.
•Familiarity with digital timekeeping systems.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
