JOB QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma preferred. One year experience in patient contact in a hospital and/or healthcare facility. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Knowledge of personal computers SUPERVISION Exercised: None

JOB RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) Has daily contact with patients, visitors, and all aspects of health care personnel. Adjusts patient interaction and/or treatment to match each person specific developmental, education, or other related needs.
JOB DUTIES (* denotes "essential function") 1. Demonstrates the WMH Customer Service Values, which are key in providing quality service to patients and customers. *
2. Transports patients in a safe, courteous manner within the hospital and to the parking garage as necessary in a timely manner. *
