Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments. Accurately enter patient demographic information. Scan photo ID's and insurance card as well as verify insurances. Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is updated. Balance money drawers at end of day. Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics. Requirements Certifications/Educations: High School Diploma Knowledge of: Customer service principles and practices Experience:
Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants? One year of experience performing reception duties. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
