• Answering telephone calls and forwarding them• Retrieving and forwarding voicemail messages• Scheduling appointments and conducting reminder calls• Registering patients and verifying their records• Providing information about the organization• Confirming patients' insurance eligibility• Completing and submitting insurance claim forms
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• One to three months related experience or training• EMR scheduling software knowledge• EPIC software knowledge is a plus• Spreadsheet and Word Processing software knowledge
