Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. While prior experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a forward-thinking proclivity, who is eager to learn. A general familiarity with the healthcare field is a plus!
This full-time position is Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:30pm.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting and supporting our on-site patients Managing a multi-phone line system. Input and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR system. Work collaboratively with clinical staff on schedule management. Process record requests. Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding authorizations and eligibilities. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
