Immediate hiring for part-time Patient Server positionLocation: Touchpoint - 1655 S. Georgetown, Wichita, KS 67218Schedule: Part time schedule. Various shifts available; 7:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units• Includes menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pick-up• Handles special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery• Takes patients menu selections and complies with dietary restrictions• Offers alternatives to menu as allowed on prescribed diet• Assembles trays according to patients' menu selections• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet prescriptions• Retrieves trays from patients' rooms• Maintains accurate information for each patient on assigned unit(s)• Assists dietitian with monitoring of patients• Communicates any patient related problems/concerns to appropriate personnel• Adheres to facility confidentiality and patients' rights policy• Contributes to patient satisfaction goals• Complies with health and sanitation regulations• Maintains a clean, sanitary working environment• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly reports• Utilizes cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer's directions• Follows facility and departmental safety policies and procedures• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Prior restaurant serving or senior care serving experience preferred• Willing to train• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
