Job Title : Patient Recruitment Specialist
Location : ONSITE (No remote opportunity), Richardson, TX
Schedule : Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm (flexible depending on need)
About Us: Our customer is a leading organization dedicated to advancing medical research through clinical trials. They are committed to excellence in patient care and clinical trial recruitment.
: Under the direct leadership of the Recruitment Manager, the Patient Recruitment Specialist (PRS) collaborates with clinical site staff to recruit panelists for clinical trials. The PRS is responsible for recruiting panelists for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls, and texting platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting phone screening interviews, documenting participant eligibility, scheduling screening visits, and maintaining valid recruitment data.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct phone screening interviews with potential panelists according to protocol-specific criteria.
Collaborate with coordinators to execute recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility.
Schedule panelists' screening visits and conduct reminder calls.
Maintain valid recruitment data through database updates
Follow recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants.
Attend study meetings pre and post as required.
Escalate critical findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

2+ years of work experience in an office setting (non-remote)
Proficient in MS Office with advanced computer skills
