Responsibilities
• Oversee facility operations of Patient Access functions• Coordinate with facility departments/administration teams to manage key revenue cycle performance• Review Patient Access performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and standards fulfillment• Oversee management of Patient Access personnel• Actively seek ways to control costs and improve processes without compromising patient safety
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience with three of those years in a patient access or revenue cycle leadership role
