Reporting to the Department Leadership, the Patient Experience Representative resolves all patient care issues. This position ensures service excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the organization by initiating service recovery with patients and/or families (face-to-face, verbal, and written communication). This position does not include asking or answering clinical questions and provides information regarding hospital stays. However, this role's key function includes an expectation for escalation and referral to the appropriate healthcare provider. When appropriate service recovery is initiated, this individual will notify appropriate leaders promptly. This position requires you to be onsite and face-to-face with our patients. This is not a remote position.
Minimum Qualifications : Qualifications One year of experience in Patient Relations/Patient Advocacy in a healthcare setting. 3 or more years of Patient Relations/Patient Advocacy preferred.Experience in an acute care facility or equivalent is preferred. Education: High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
