• Maintaining customer satisfaction and clinic cleanliness• Greeting and providing customer service for patients• Scheduling appointments and taking initial intake information• Collecting payment and following up on outstanding payment• Assisting clinicians and delivering equipment/supplies• Requesting and tracking authorizations• Producing accurate end of day reports
