Responsibilities
• Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety• Perform electronic health record (EHR) documentation in accordance with company policy• Promote health and wellness through diagnosis and treatment of illnesses• Provide individualized patient education• Maintain a safe, quality-based, survey-ready healthcare environment• Greet customers and potential patients• Clean and organize the clinic space• Answer questions following HIPAA guidelines• Manage waiting room flow using designated systems• Complete registration process and collect payments
Requirements
• Basic computer skills• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail• Basic math skills• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team-based environment• Excellent customer service, organizational, and task-management skills• High School Diploma or GED (desired)• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or healthcare (desired)• Knowledge of infection control practices (desired)
