Responsibilities
• Check-in with the outgoing patient care assistant at the beginning of the shift.• Conduct hourly rounds on approximately eight patients and provide necessary care.• Assist patients with ambulating, hygiene needs, and tube insertions.• Help with wound checks, dressing changes, and other assigned tasks.• Assist released patients in getting safely to their vehicles outside.• Change bed linens and check patients' weight.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or SRNA.• BLS certification.• Healthcare experience preferred.
