Responsibilities
• Greet patients in a friendly, outgoing manner and assist with paperwork• Maintain communication with patients, physicians, and staff members• Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists to accommodate patient needs• Assist patients with insurance-related questions and billing• Update and maintain records in the electronic medical and billing system• Collect copayments and handle billing-related tasks• Input data from in-house research to determine clinic performance• Prepare management information and maintain clinic supplies and equipment• Respect patient privacy and adhere to confidentiality policies• Perform additional tasks assigned by clinic director
Requirements
