Job summary
Chiropractic Providers responsible for care, direction, and progression of chiropractic treatments and patientsAssist in department maintenance, supervision of department staff, and delivering quality careCollect payments, communicate with customers, initiate collections, and reconcile accounts

Responsibilities
• Collect payment and accurately record in system• Communicate with customers/payers for payment status and arrange payment plans• Initiate collections on past due accounts• Reconcile accounts receivable with A/R Supervisor• Mail correspondence for past due accounts and contact delinquent account holders• Resolve customer billing questions and concerns• Schedule follow-up reminders and post adjustments• Request records to help settle past due balances• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities• Monitor customer account details and maintain records
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Some college coursework in medical billing preferred• At least one or more years of collections experience• Collection experience in occupational health field preferred• Concentra Core Competencies• Ability to make decisions and propose solutions• Outstanding customer service and professionalism• Handle sensitive and confidential information• Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills• Organizational and problem-solving skills
