Organizational Unit Overview: It is the mission of the Department of Pediatrics, East Caroline University Brody School of Medicine, to provide exemplary medical education/training of physicians in pediatric medicine at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, it is the mission of the department to provide model comprehensive primary and consultative subspecialty care to children of Eastern North Carolina to advance scientific knowledge through basic and clinical research, and to provide continuing medical education opportunities for physicians in the region.

Telephone Operations
Managed Care Authorizations

The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is affiliated with ECU Health Medical Center, which serves as its teaching hospital, as well as the flagship hospital for ECU Health. Minimum Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
License or Certification required by statute or regulation: None
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: Experience working in a healthcare setting.
